Breath Body Mind ™️

At times of stress or anxiety, talking alone may not feel like enough. Our bodies and nervous systems often need support too.

Breath-Body-Mind™ (BBM) is a gentle, breath-centred form of breathwork for anxiety and stress, bringing together conscious breathing, subtle movement and mindful awareness. It offers simple ways to support nervous system regulation without pressure to change or “fix” anything about yourself.

BBM™️ invites you to notice your breath and body with curiosity and kindness, allowing calm and steadiness to emerge at your own pace.

A Breath-Centred, Person-Centred Approach

Breath-Body-Mind recognises the close connection between breath, body, and emotional experience. By working gently with the breath, many people find they feel more grounded, settled, and better able to respond to anxiety when it arises.  I am a certified Level 1 Breath-Body-Mind™ instructor, offering this work in a safe, respectful and person-centred way as part of my counselling practice.

Breathwork and Anxiety

There is growing evidence that gentle, guided breathwork can help reduce anxiety and stress. Research shows that breath-based practices are associated with meaningful improvements in anxiety symptoms and emotional regulation. While breathwork is not a replacement for therapy, it can offer supportive tools that many people find helpful alongside counselling.
